Join us on Saturday, June 18th, for the First Annual Shoreline Trash Bash at Kelly Park in Merrit Island, FL.! We’ll be cleaning up the coast from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and we need your help. This clean-up event is an excellent opportunity to get outside and help keep our waterways clean. Come prepared to get dirty and have some fun. We’ll provide gloves, bags, and trash pickers but feel free to bring your own.
Please arrive at 7:30 AM for our Captain’s Meeting and to receive your cleaning gear. The Shotgun Start will be at 8:00 AM. Weigh-ins for the most trash will be at 11:00 AM with drinks and food.
We hope to see you there! Follow Keep Brevard Beautiful and SeaDek by boat or our designated clean-up areas on foot. Prizes will be awarded to the most trash collected.
