Brevard Achievement Center – SeaDek Visit

A leadership team from SeaDek Marine Products had the honor of visiting with a group of local heroes at the Brevard Achievement Center last week. The mission of Brevard Achievement Center is to provide persons with disabilities innovative services and opportunities to achieve personal success. SeaDek is exploring ways to partner with the BAC to help make persons with disabilities valued contributors to our manufacturing community.

The BAC’s team of professional Employment Consultants (EC) have been visiting our facility to assess our employment needs and discuss the qualifications we seek in the “perfect” job candidate. Then their ECs will sift through their pool of potential employees to find the best match.

Did we mention their services are completely free? Here’s a list of what this service provides:

• Pre-screening
• Pre and post job support
• Follow-up with the employee and employer for a minimum of 90 days
• Final assessment
