Rockledge, FL (Oct. 30, 2015) – SeaDek Marine Products would like to welcome Alex Cohen of Castaway Customs West Coast as a SeaDek Certified Installer™. Located in the Tampa area and servicing much of the west coast of Florida, Alex can measure and installs custom SeaDek kits on just about any year, make and model of boat. SeaDek Certified Installers specialize in the entire SeaDek process from start to finish. With years of experience and an eye for detail, Alex and his team can provide the service and support demanded by SeaDek customers. All SeaDek pads are manufactured from the highest quality UV resistant, EVA foam materials and are installed using 3M™ pressure sensitive adhesive all of which are inspected and applied at the SeaDek manufacturing facility in Rockledge, Florida.

While based in the Tampa/St. Pete area Alex is capable of traveling widely along the west coast of Florida and is supported by SeaDek Certified Fabricator, Castaway Customs. Castaway Customs is a full service installer capable of traveling throughout the state. There are several options for having your boat SeaDeked; call to see if they already have your pattern, schedule a visit remotely at your boat to measure, cut and install your pads or create a template yourself and send to Castaway to have a new pad made from your pattern. Having revolutionized marine flooring in the OEM and marine aftermarket SeaDek has launched the SeaDek Certified Fabricator program to make our products more readily available to the end user by partnering with regional fabricator/installers. This will shorten lead times dramatically, eliminate the need for customers to make their own templates and assure a high level of customer service. Certified Fabricators are factory trained and selected for their professionalism and commitment to quality. Summer of 2015 saw the first Certified Fabricators come online with more to follow in 2016.
