The plan started nearly four years ago purchasing the boat at that time renamed Genesis just south of Philadelphia. It was loaded onto a truck and hauled to Lake Mills for a complete refurbishing  The work was completed last year highlighted by the renaming ceremony hosted by the one and only Sir Winston Churchill. Panta Rhei was then transported to Sheboygan Harbor center Marina. http://www.harborcentremarina.com/
