DIY Routed SeaDek Edges – Gheenoe LT25

This is a project done by a member on www.customgheenoe.com. One of the best DIY jobs I’ve seen in a long time. He even included a diagram of the homemade router jig. The SeaDek material really is easy to work with if you take your time and cut carefully.

“SeaDek came out great with a home made jig and a router for straight edges and trim router for the curves. Ram pole mounts can be swung in or out or even to the back.”

“I made this jig and used a formica / edge trimmer with the same bit for the hand edges around corners. May take more than one pass if you do not keep the foam blown or vacuumed out.”
