SeaDek was proud to sponsor the first annual WooTown Wakefest on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcestor, Massachusetts, last month. Taking place on July 15-17, the event is a stop for the Malibu Rider Experience, as well as the regional qualifying event for the Junior Men’s Pro-riders.

With the Kenneth F. Burns Memorial Bridge in the background, the event featured riders from as far as Australia boosting behind the groomed wakes of the new line of 2016 Malibu boats. With close to 2000 spectators on the beach, the WooTown Wakefest exceeded all expectations, and riders and organizers alike couldn’t have been more stoked!

As a sponsor of the Malibu Rider Experience, SeaDek provided custom made SeaDek trophies that were a hit at the awards ceremony. With 90 registered riders, there was no shortage of competition!

After such an overwhelming success, the dates for next years WooTown Wakefest 2017 have already been slated for July 14-16 of 2017. Stay tuned for more information and check out their facebook.
