Make A Template Of Your Swim Platform

Making a template for a custom SeaDek pad is really a pretty easy process but we realize for some it can seem a bit daunting. Just saw these photos from a customer and thought I’d share them as they demonstrate what a proper template looks like.

The customer has trimmed the mylar to fit so that it lays flat and does not bend up the sides. He has taped it securely into place. All hardware, cutouts and logos are clearly marked. Name, phone number, email, address, boat make and model, top, bow, stern, port and starboard are indicated. He has taken photos of the template on the platform for reference. Now he’s ready to mail it back to us so our CAD designers can create his pads.
