Great day and a great turn out for Saturday’s habitat restoration on Paul’s Island in the Indian River Lagoon. The event was organized by the Marine Resources Council. We planted mangroves and grasses around the north and east sides of the island. We spend a lot of time working and playing on the Lagoon and it’s really great for our kids to have an opportunity to learn how important it is to give back and take care of this awesome natural resource so that it will be there for their children.
