We are pleased to invite everyone to join us Saturday, May 18, 2019 for the 2^nd Annual SeaDek Golf Tournament Benefitting Captains for Clean Water at the Duran Championship Golf Course in Melbourne, FL. The scramble event will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and conclude in the afternoon with an awards ceremony and lunch. Captains for Clean Water has been working diligently to drive positive change for the Everglades and beyond, taking their fight to Tallahassee, Washington DC, and the doorsteps of Florida policymakers. We are honored to support Captains for Clean Water in this important initiative to restore Florida’s waterways. Your participation and generous donations make it possible to continue this great work in the year to come. Last year we raised $20,000 for the organization. We aim to hit $30,000 this year with your help. Tickets are $100 per golfer and includes cart, breakfast, lunch and prizes. Foursomes are also available at a discounted price of $350. We hope you can join us for this special event and/or support us in one of the sponsorship opportunities outlined below:

Platinum Sponsor ($1,500)

Company logo will be prominently displayed in all signage at tournament and luncheon
Four (4) free golf tickets and customized polo shirts with company name
Premium exposure and activity placement at up to two assigned locations on the course
Special recognition by emcee during luncheon

Company logo included in all email correspondence to golfers

Gold Sponsor ($500)

Company logo on hole of choice (first come, first serve)

Silver Sponsor ($250 or prize equal to $250)

Company logo on all prize banners
Recognition by emcee during raffle and silent auction
Option to include items/literature in goodie bags
