This year marks a major milestone for us —SeaDek celebrates 20 years. It’s been an absolutely incredible two decades of innovation, growth, and a whole lot of fun on and off the water. Join us as we take a look back at how we started, what we’ve accomplished, and where we’re headed in the future.
Twenty years ago, SeaDek began with a vision: to revolutionize marine flooring with a product that was both durable and comfortable. Our founders knew that boaters needed an alternative to traditional marine carpets and non-skid surfaces—something that could stand up to harsh marine conditions while providing comfort and style. And so, SeaDek was born.
It all started with our signature PE/EVA foam, a material that combined strength, UV resistance, and a soft, shock-absorbing feel. This innovative material quickly became the go-to choice for boaters looking to enhance their on-the-water experience. From the early days of designing and hand-cutting pads to today’s precision CNC-machined custom projects, we’ve come a long way!

Over the past two decades, we’ve grown from a small operation to the global leader in the marine industry and beyond. Here are just a few of the accomplishments we’re proud to celebrate on our 20th anniversary:

Building Partnerships: Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with boat, RV, Swim Spa and other manufacturers and OEMs around the world. Our collaborations have helped shape these industries, bringing high-quality flooring solutions to countless projects of all shapes and sizes.
Supporting the Community: We’re more than just a flooring company—we’re part of the community. From sponsoring fishing tournaments to supporting marine conservation efforts, SeaDek has always been committed to giving back to the people and environments that make our industries so special.
As SeaDek celebrates 20 years, we’re also looking forward to the future with excitement. We’ve got some big plans in the works!
