SeaDek Team Fisherman Artie Price

SeaDek pro Artie Price with a Louisiana red.

For over a decade Capt. Artie Price has competed successfully at the highest levels of professional tournament fishing, including the FLW Tour, BassMasters, ESPN Oh Boy Oberto! Redfish Cup, IFA Redfish Tour and the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series.

Starting with his victory at the 1999 Catch the King Tarpon Tournament, Artie has amassed a record of consistent top 10 finishes and tournament championship appearances.

In 2009 , fresh off his victory at the IFA Redfish Tournament in Bay St. Louis, Artie landed a tournament record 217 pound tarpon that resulted in his record seventh Professional Tarpon Tournament Series win and ultimately his fourth Professional Tarpon Tournaments Series “Team of the Year” title.

In 2010, Artie secured his fifth record breaking Professional Tarpon Tournaments Series “Team of the Year” title, another record, and one that may never be broken.

Price, a New Port Richey resident, has led the Miller’s Ale House to victory six out of the last eight seasons. Though he sits tied for ninth after the first event this year, he has his eye on another title.

When Artie gets a break from fishing the tournament trails, he heads home to New Port Richey, where he is the owner of the largest vehicle and vessel graphic wrap business on the central west coast of Florida.

Artie proudly lends his support to organizations that support our troops and their families.
