SeaDek’s Partnership with Melbourne High’s Business Academy Featured in Boating Industry Magazine

Amidst rising concern over labor shortages throughout the marine industry, SeaDek has taken initiative to combat the problem through its ongoing partnership with the Melbourne High School business academy. By introducing high school students to the exciting and promising careers that exist in manufacturing—and specifically the marine industry—young people are getting an in-depth introduction into a field that they may not have previously considered. The partnership was recently covered in Boating Industry’s “The Workforce Crisis” series.
