Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or around the world. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Retail orders may take up to 72 business hours to process. Made to order products may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.

The SeaDek Factory is located in Rockledge, Florida.

 

Stock Item Return Policy

Please email customerservice@seadek.com if you need to make a return. Customers are eligible to request a return up to 30 days after receiving their product. A return label will be provided free of charge if SeaDek is at fault or made an error in the fulfillment of your order. Customers requesting a return are otherwise subject to covering the cost of the return shipping. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to ready-to-ship items if the product or packaging is damaged or used. Approved refunds will post to your bank account within 15 business days of SeaDek receiving the returned product.

 

Custom Product Return Policy

Please note, custom pads will be custom cut for your order and cannot be returned. In our experience, we have noticed there can be variances from boat to boat of the same make and model. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fit available. Additional Dry Fits may be purchased upon request.

Bundled PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns on individual items within a bundled package. If you purchased a product that is part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange to be processed. 

MADE TO ORDER OR RETAIL BOAT KITs and Our cancellation POLICY

Customers are able to cancel their custom boat kit order up to (3) days after purchase, free of charge. After that time, your custom kit is in production and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please verify your dimensions utilizing the Dry Fits available to ensure a proper fit.

discontinued products

We are continuously working to improve our products, which means we discontinue items from time to time in order to make space for our new and improved offerings. When an item has been discontinued, it will only be available while supplies last. If we aren’t able to fulfill your order due to a product being discontinued, we sincerely apologize and will offer a full refund.
