As we all know, Hurricane Michael brought complete devastation to residents of the Florida Panhandle.  While our hearts go out to everyone whose lives have been affected by this catastrophe, we are sad to say that the tragedy struck close to home for the SeaDek family.

JetBoatPilot, our longtime SeaDek Certified Fabricator in Panama City was in the epicenter of the storm’s damage, and while their facility is still standing, four of their employees lost their homes completely. With no power, water, sewer, cell service, or internet, it is uncertain when they will be able to clean up and begin the long process of resuming business. Will is continuing to keep his employees on payroll, but as a small business, he will not be able to sustain this for much longer.

JetBoat Pilot has been one of our biggest SeaDek advocates since day one and is highly respected throughout the jetboat community as a company that always goes the extra mile to help their customers.
