Today we have more great interviews from our favorite podcaster, Dano the Mano of the Golden Mic Podcast. Last week Dano traveled to Portugal for the Nautique European PRO AM presented by Rockstar, and had the chance to interview a few of the top competitors in the event, including Mike Dowdy, Shawn Watson, Dean Smith, and Magan Ethell. Dano got the scoop on riding, boats, and SeaDek from these top athletes in the sport.
The European PRO AM took place June 10-12 on the waters of the Castele do Bode, in the town of Ferreira do Zezere, and showcased the wakeboarding center of Portugal as the perfect place for riders of all ages to engage in the sport.
The event was the third round of the Nautique Wake Series and the second stop of the 2016 Wakeboard World Series, which is made up of seven world-class events. With the award-winning Super Air Nautique G23 as the official towboat of the event, there was no shortage of wake for the riders to show their skills for the crowd. By all accounts, the event was a huge success, and we would like to congratulate all the riders!
