On Saturday April 27, 2019, employees of SeaDek brought their friends and families out to Leroy Wright Park in Cocoa, Florida for a day of cleaning up on the St. John’s River.
Partnering with Keep Brevard Beautiful, an entire truck full of litter was successfully collected—25 bags! This garbage was picked up by walking through the marshes, kayaking along the shoreline, and with special help from Captain Mike Channell of Instagator Airboat Rides. We here at SeaDek believe clean waterways are essential for not just our customers to enjoy, but also for our future generations as well.
If you want to help make a difference towards improving the health of Florida’s water, consider signing up for the 2nd annual SeaDek Golf Tournament benefitting Captains for Clean Water on May 18th, at the Duran Golf Club in Viera, FL. There are still golf slots available, as well as sponsorship opportunities. Learn more about the tournament here.
